What we hold
Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We also collect standard technical data generated by your browser, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect payment information, because the site does not sell products or process orders.
If you write to us about an ingredient, a label, or a page that reads badly, your message may quote the page you were reading. That quote is part of the message you sent, not something we add afterwards.

- Payment details, order history, and shipping addresses, because nothing is sold or shipped from this website.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to respond to your message and, where your message identifies an error, to update the relevant page. Technical data is used to understand which pages are read and to keep the site working. We do not use contact form data for marketing, and we do not add submitted addresses to a newsletter list.
In practice that means the same address you write from may be used again only if you reply again, or if a correction you reported needs to be confirmed with you. If a page about daily vitamins is wrong, your note is what tells us.
Legal basis and consent
We process contact form data on the basis of your request to be contacted. You provide it voluntarily by submitting the form, and you may withdraw a request at any time by writing to us. Technical data is processed to operate and maintain the site. Where local law requires consent for specific processing, that consent is requested at the point of collection.
Withdrawing a request does not undo anything that already happened lawfully, but it stops further use of your message for that purpose. Withdrawals are handled from the same address you originally wrote from, so keep the reply thread if you can.

A correction you reported may be kept as an anonymous note after your message itself is deleted, so the page stays accurate without keeping your details.
Sharing and third parties

That also means a manufacturer named in one of our comparisons never sees who wrote to us about it. If you would rather not have your message held at all, say so in the message and we will handle the request without keeping the reply on file beyond the answer itself.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, or object to specific processing. Send requests to [email protected] and include enough detail for us to identify your record. We respond within a reasonable period and may ask for verification before acting.
Verification usually means replying from the same email address you originally used, or answering a question only you would know. It protects your record from being changed by someone else.

- If a name, an address, or a detail in your message is wrong, tell us and we will correct the record.
- Deletion
- Where nothing obliges us to keep a record, we will delete it on request and confirm that it is gone.

- You can object to a specific use, such as keeping a correction note that references your message, and we will explain what changes.
Requests about data from this site are handled by post or email at the address in the next section. Using the contact page is fine for a first message, but a deletion request is faster if you write directly to the email address.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data submitted through the site. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Children
